Brad Goldsmith has been in the Insurance Recruiting Industry for 17 years. He has extensive experience recruiting on a national level in the Brokerage, Risk Management and Reinsurance Marketplace. He has worked and lived on both the west and east coasts and has been a Dallas resident for the past 6 years. Brad has a college degree in Education from the University of LaVerne, California. Prior to his recruiting experience, Brad was a teacher and athletics coach.

He is heavily involved with his church, and is a youth baseball coach.

Tom Bonow brings over 30 years experience serving major risk management clients. For twenty eight years Bonow successfully served clients in most industry groups for a major international brokerage.

Throughout his career he has developed extensive relationships in the domestic, London and European insurance marketplaces. Bonow last served as Senior Vice President of Service And Marketing for J&H Marsh McLennan. In addition to his client responsibilities he has taught a number of commercial insurance courses.

Bonow earned a bachelor of arts degree from Gettysburg College. His professional education includes the Professional Management courses at Princeton University and numerous continuing education studies.

Kay Rinker has over 14 years in the insurance industry. She has experience in property and casualty marketing and underwriting, as well as insurance company operations. She is now recruiting in all areas of insurance - Administrative, CSR's, Account Executive, Underwriting, and Production.

She is a native Texan, with extensive contacts in the Texas marketplace, as well as on a national level. She is married and has two children.

Cara Hanes has spent over 14 years in the insurance business. Her primary emphasis has been in claims, risk management and sales. She has served as the Claims Manager for a global pharmaceutical company and as an AVP-New Business Development for one of the nations’ largest Property and Casualty Companies.

She has received the Associate in Risk Management and the Associate in Claims Designations. She is licensed as a multi-line adjuster and local recording agent. She has a BS degree from Oklahoma State University.

Cara has been very involved in numerous professional organizations throughout her career. She is also involved in her church. She is married and has 2 boys.
